Executive Chairman and Responsible Officer. He embeds extensive management
expertise and property management skills into the organisation, provides the
strategic direction for Key Capital and is responsible for the prudent
financial management of the business. Peter has ultimate oversight of the
property assets acquired by the company. |

Accountants
Since 1981, Peter has provided accountancy services to private clients and
small businesses, including advising on and assisting in the establishment of
small companies, family and fixed trusts and direct real property syndicates.
He is the Director and Principal of Peter Bailey & Associates, Chartered
Accountants and Business Advisors. |

| Peter has been involved in the
management of several small to mid-sized property syndicates. These syndicates
