Chris is Managing Director of Rann Property — a professional valuation
and consultancy firm that he established in 2003. He has worked as a Commercial
and Industrial Valuer since the mid nineteen eighties, was Manager of Colliers
Jardine's valuation practice in Victoria, Manager of Stockford Property and a
Director of Herron Todd White. |

property valuers in Victoria. His credentials include valuation of landmark
projects in the commercial, retail, industrial and leisure & recreation

market,he is frequently called upon by major lenders and investment houses to
value difficult and complex property assets. Chris' substantial property
